This website is operated by Encore Digital Marketing Oy ("we", "us"), a company registered in Finland. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site.

We only collect data that we genuinely need:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email, optional company and topic, and the message you send us.
• Account data (admin area only) — email and authentication identifiers for site administrators.
• Technical data — basic request information such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Analytics data — only if you consent to analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

• To respond to enquiries — legitimate interest and, where you initiate contact, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• To operate and secure the site — legitimate interest in running a working, safe website.
• Analytics and marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Contact form messages are retained while they are relevant to an ongoing conversation or engagement, and routinely deleted after that. Administrative account data is kept for as long as the account is active.

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the site:

• Hosting and database infrastructure
• Email delivery (for replies to enquiries)
• Analytics, only when you have given consent

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing terms.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

Under the GDPR you can:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies
• Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi)
