The shape of the engagement is built around your situation: sparring with leadership, guiding an in-house marketing team, stepping in as interim or fractional senior marketing / communications lead, or supporting a specific initiative through to delivery.

FAQ
Is this consulting or doing the work?
Both, and the balance is agreed up front. Some engagements are mostly sparring and direction; others include hands-on contribution to planning, content and reviews.
How much time do you commit?
Typically one to three days per week, often as a fractional senior role. Shorter, project-based engagements are also possible.
Can you act as an interim CMO or communications lead?
Yes. Interim or fractional senior leadership is one of the most common shapes of this engagement, especially during transitions or growth phases.
Do you work with our existing agencies and partners?
Yes. A common part of the role is helping the in-house team get more value from existing agencies, freelancers and tools.
What is the minimum engagement length?
For ongoing support, three to six months is a sensible starting point. Specific initiatives can be shorter and more defined.
Ready to take the next step?
A short discussion is often enough to see whether this is the right fit and where to begin.
